Six original acrylic caricatures created in dialogue with the play Vamos a Contar Mentiras — Cristina Restrepo's adaptation of the Alfonso Paso comedy. Painted during the production process; print editions were exhibited at the play's run at Orlando Family Stage, November 15–16, 2025. The play returns in 2026 — and the series may grow with it.

Behind the series
The caricatures grew out of rehearsals — acrylic on paper, painted during the production process. Each piece sits between character study and homage: a way of looking at the people on stage (and behind it) through the language of paint.
Print editions of the series were produced for the November 2025 run at Black Box · Orlando Family Stage, where they were exhibited and offered alongside the play itself across two sold-out nights of theater.
The play returns in 2026 — Carlos and María Cristina, the central duo still missing from the wall, may finally join the series.
