This site, deivisanchez.art, is operated by DS Creative Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "the studio" refer to that entity. The studio can be reached at contact@deivisanchez.art.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what you submit voluntarily through the Commissions inquiry form at /commissions#inquire. The form may capture:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organization or affiliation (optional)
• Project context, scope, location, timeline, and budget range you share
• Any other text you choose to include in the message field

We do not collect government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape contact lists.

3. How we use your information

Submitted information is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Schedule a Discovery call and scope the engagement
• Send a capabilities deck or other reference materials you request
• Maintain a record of conversations relevant to a potential commission

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes, and is not used to train third-party models.

4. Retention

Inquiry messages are retained while a project is being discussed and for a reasonable follow-up window afterward. You may request deletion of your information at any time by writing to contact@deivisanchez.art.

5. Third-party services

Operating the site may involve a small number of third-party providers, each used only for its stated purpose:

• Hosting & delivery — the site is served by a hosting provider that may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and performance.
• Email — inquiries are delivered to the studio email account hosted by a third-party email provider.
• Scheduling — Discovery calls may be booked through a third-party scheduling tool, which collects only what you enter to confirm the meeting.

Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy. We choose providers with reasonable security practices and limit data shared with them to what is necessary.

6. Cookies & analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics tool provided by Vercel Inc. It records aggregated page-view counts, referrer, country, and browser type to help understand how the site is used. It does not set tracking cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not share data with advertisers.

No third-party advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or social-media tracking scripts are loaded by this site. If additional analytics or measurement tools are added in the future, this section will be updated before deployment.

7. Your rights

You may request, at any time, to:

• Access the information the studio holds about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your inquiry record
• Withdraw a previously submitted inquiry

8. Children

The site and its inquiry form are intended for adults representing organizations, institutions, or themselves in a commissioning capacity. The studio does not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
