These terms govern use of deivisanchez.art. They do not govern individual commissions or engagements — those are handled under separate, signed agreements scoped during Discovery.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using deivisanchez.art, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by DS Creative Studios LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is a portfolio and informational resource for the work of Deivi Sánchez and DS Creative Studios LLC. It is not an e-commerce platform, and no works, services, or products are sold through automated checkout. Commissions and engagements are scoped through a Discovery process and executed under separate written agreement.
3. Commissions & engagements
The Commissions inquiry form at /commissions#inquire is the intake mechanism for project conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract, an obligation, or a guaranteed response. A binding engagement begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fee, schedule, and rights.
Pricing, timelines, and licensing terms are not published on the site and are determined per project.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including artwork, photography, video, illustrations, copy, layout, code, and design — is the property of DS Creative Studios LLC, the artist Deivi Sánchez, or the respective rights holders, and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, used to train machine learning models, or incorporated into derivative works without prior written permission. Press inquiries, image requests, and licensing requests should be directed to contact@deivisanchez.art.
5. Trademarks
"Deivi Sánchez," "DSA," the DSA mark, and related logos and identifiers are trademarks of DS Creative Studios LLC. Names of clients, partners, publications, and third-party institutions are used for editorial and attribution purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. External links
The site links to external resources (press, partner organizations, social platforms, scheduling tools). Those resources are operated by third parties and are not under the control of the studio. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or its infrastructure
- Interfere with the site's normal operation or security
- Scrape or systematically copy site content for commercial use
- Use automated submissions to abuse the inquiry form
